Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. swordfish per person
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 sprig fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Method
- Avocado Sauce:
- Place avocado, wine, lemon juice and cilantro in blender.
- Blend and thin with water if necessary.
