Ingredients
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and beat for 2 to 3 minutes with a wire whisk, blending well.
- Pour into a pint jar.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using. Shake well before serving.
