Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
- 2 tablespoons steel cut or old fashioned oats
- 1 cup strawberries, blueberries or other chopped fresh fruit
- 1 ounce walnuts
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- Add ingredients to a Vita-mix or other high powered blender, gradually increase speed to high and run for 2-4 minutes, just until the mixture is warm.
