Ingredients
- 3 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/3 c. butter
Method
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
- Place each half in center of a piece of aluminum foil.
- Dot evenly with butter.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over potatoes.
- Wrap well and place on food rack.
- Cook over hot coals for 25 to 30 minutes, without grill lid on.
- Turn foil packets once during cooking time.
