Ingredients
- pork chops (1 1/2-inches thick)
- Creole seasoning
Method
- Place the thick pork chops in a glass baking dish in a single layer.
- Sprinkle each chop generously with Creole seasoning (only on the side that is up in the dish).
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Place on grill.
- Cook until done, turning only once.
- Do not overcook or they will be too dry.
