Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. chopped apples
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Method
- Blend together in mixer salad oil, sugar and eggs.
- Next combine in order given apples (cored, pared and cut in chunks), chopped nuts, salt, soda, cinnamon, vanilla and all-purpose flour. Combine all ingredients to make batter which will be stiff.
- Spoon into a Bundt cake pan.
- Do not grease pan.
- Bake at 350° for about an hour.
