Ingredients
- 1/4 lb Pastrami (thinley sliced)
- 2 slice Colby jack cheese (or mild cheddar)
- 1 tbsp Spicy brown mustard
- 2 slice Bread (any)
Method
- Spread the mustard on to the two slices of bread.
- Add the pastrami and cheese.
- Gill on a medium hot pan or grill plate until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- (about 4 minutes, or so)
