Ingredients
- 2 None flatbreads (such as pita or naan), split
- 2 tbsp basil pesto
- 8 None thin salami slices
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 10 None fresh basil leaves, shredded
Method
- Spread one half of each bread with pesto. Top with salami, cheese and basil. Cover with the other bread half.
- Heat a griddle pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 2 mins each side or until crispy and the cheese has melted.
- Cut into wedges to serve.
