Ingredients
- 6 bass fillets
- 1/2 stick butter
- touch of black pepper
- touch of garlic salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add pepper, garlic, salt and lemon juice.
- Cook fish on grill in fish rack.
- Baste hot side with butter mixture.
