Ingredients
- 1 whole catfish
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Clean fish and place on sheet of aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle on salt, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
- Slice onion and place on fish.
- Wrap aluminum foil around fish loosely.
- Cook approximately 45 minutes on low heat.
