Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken thighs, boned
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 5 Tbsp. shoyu
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. mochiko flour
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- oil (for frying)
Method
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Stir to mix well and marinate overnight. Fry in oil until brown.
