Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 1 small can pimiento
- 2 pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 pt. whipping cream
Method
- Add enough water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 1/2 cups; heat and dissolve jello and cream cheese.
- Add other ingredients; fold in whipping cream last.
- May be placed in a mold and refrigerated.
