Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach, Washed
  • 3 whole Lettuce Leaves, Washed
  • 1 cup Filtered Water
  • 1 whole Lemon Or Lime, Juiced
  • 1/2 whole Cucumber, Skin Removed
  • 1 piece (6cm Long) Ginger, Skin Removed
  • 1 whole Banana
  • 1/2 whole Avocado
  • 2 whole Kiwi Fruit, Skin Removed
  • 1 stick Celery

Method

  • 1. Add spinach and lettuce into the blender with the water and lemon or lime juice, and blend well.
  • 2. Peel the skin off the cucumber, ginger, banana, avocado and kiwi fruit and add to the blender along with the celery.
  • 3. Blend on high speed for approximately 2 minutes.
