- 12 tbsp. or possibly 3/4 c. olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper
Method
- Romaine, Escarole, or possibly leaf lettuce for 8.
- Blend oil and vinegar, salt and pepper in a covered jar.
- Pour over greens.
