- 1 cooked, deboned 3 lb. chicken
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. cream of celery soup
- 12 corn tortillas, broken
- grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
Method
- Place the chicken in a large casserole.
- Add remaining ingredients except cheeses and stir well.
- Cover with cheese. Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cover the casserole so the cheese doesn't get too hard.
- Makes 6 servings.
