Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh green beans, sliced
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 1 tsp. fresh dill (1 tsp. dry)
Method
- Prepare green beans.
- Saute onion in the oil.
- Add tomatoes; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add green beans, seasoning and a few teaspoons water.
- Cover; cook on low heat until beans are tender.
