- 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
- 3 medium onions, cut into thin rings
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 (8 oz.) can peas, drained
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento strips, drained
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 to 6 dashes hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetable mixture.
- Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
