Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3 medium cans French cut green beans
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Blend in flour.
- Add sour cream and cheese to butter and flour, blend until melted.
- Mix with green beans and bake in a casserole dish for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
