Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple (crushed)
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 orange, grated (juice and rind)
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
  • 1 c. finely chopped apple

Method

  • Drain pineapple; measure juice.
  • Measure juice from orange and add to pineapple juice; if not 2 cups, add water to make 2 cups. Heat to a boil.
  • Add Jell-O and stir.
  • Add cranberry sauce, pineapple, grated orange, chopped apple and pecans.
  • Pour in a mold and chill overnight.
