Ingredients
- 2 cans whole cranberry sauce
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple (crushed)
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 orange, grated (juice and rind)
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
- 1 c. finely chopped apple
Method
- Drain pineapple; measure juice.
- Measure juice from orange and add to pineapple juice; if not 2 cups, add water to make 2 cups. Heat to a boil.
- Add Jell-O and stir.
- Add cranberry sauce, pineapple, grated orange, chopped apple and pecans.
- Pour in a mold and chill overnight.
