Ingredients
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) lemon juice, chilled
- 6 medium (1 kg) green apples, chilled
- mint leaves, to garnish
Method
1. Pour the lemon juice into the serving jug.
2. Wash the apples and cut into smaller pieces to fit into the juicer. Using the plunger, push the apples through the juicer.
3. Add the apple juice to the lemon juice and stir well. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
