Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 lb. crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 sheets phyllo dough or 4 frozen patty shells (omit butter if pattie shells are used) *
  • 1 stick butter

Method

  • In blender or mixer, combine egg, onion and Feta cheese; beat. Add cream cheese; combine well.
  • Add spinach and seasonings.
  • Mix until blended.
  • Chill 1 hour.
