Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 lb. crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 sheets phyllo dough or 4 frozen patty shells (omit butter if pattie shells are used) *
- 1 stick butter
Method
- In blender or mixer, combine egg, onion and Feta cheese; beat. Add cream cheese; combine well.
- Add spinach and seasonings.
- Mix until blended.
- Chill 1 hour.
