Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 head cauliflower, sliced
- 1/2 medium size sweet onion, sliced very thin
- 1 lb. bacon, diced and fried crisp
- 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
Method
- Place lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon in order in serving bowl.
- Mix mayonnaise, cheese and sugar until well blended and spread ingredients in bowl; seal completely to the edge.
- Let stand several hours in refrigerator before mixing and serving (can be made the day before).
- Also, the remaining salad will stay crisp for several days if kept in a tight container.
