Ingredients
- 2 pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash mushrooms; remove stems and save 1/3 c. minced.
- Cook and stir minced stems and onion in 3 Tbsp.
- butter till tender, about 5 min.
- Remove from heat; add in to bread crumbs.
- Heat 1 Tbsp.
- butter in baking dish.
- Fill mushroom caps with bread crumb stuffing.
- Bake 15 min, broil 2 min.
- Serve warm.
