Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Reserve 1/2 cup nuts . Mix all other ingredients well.
- Take a small bowl and line with wax paper.
- Pour mixture in bowl.
- Cover also with wax paper.
- Chill several hours.
- Remove onto a serving dish.
- Press the reserved walnuts onto ball.
- Arrange crackers around outside.
