Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked winter squash pulp (acorn, butternut, turban or pie pumpkin)
- 6 green onions, chopped (use much of green tops)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
- 4 oz. shaved ham, cut up
- 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. homemade-style bread crumbs
Method
- A one-pound squash yields 2 cups cooked pulp.
