Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 3/8 tablespoons milk
- 6 3/4 tablespoons oil
- 1 5/8 cups self-rising flour
Method
- Turn on the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Peel half the grapefruit, cut in four pieces, and blend in the blender together with the sugar.
- Then add the eggs, milk, oil, and blend some more.
- Remove to a bowl.
- Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring, and mixing well.
- Pour into small silicone muffin cups, and bake for about 20 minutes.
