- 1 1/2 lb. pork steak, chuck or round steak
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 large sliced onion
- 1 small green pepper, sliced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Brown meat.
- Remove fat and drain.
- Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
