Ingredients
- 2 whole Grapefruit, Peeled, Seeded, Segments Removed Then Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
- 4 cups Honeydew Melon, Peeled, Seeded And Chopped In To Small Chunks
- 1/2 cups Fennel Sliced Thinly
- 1/4 cups Pecans, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Method
- Add all the ingredients (except dressing) into a bowl and toss lightly so the grapefruit is not mushed. Pour the vinaigrette on top and serve.
