Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 9 long strips lasagna noodles
  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Brown hamburger, onion, garlic and oregano.
  • Drain off extra fat.
  • Add soup, water, vinegar and cottage cheese.
  • Stir all together.
  • In 9 x 13 inch pan put a little sauce, then you put 3 noodles then cheese.
  • Layer it 3 times in order.
  • Bake 30 minutes, let stand 15 minutes before serving.
