- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 9 long strips lasagna noodles
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Brown hamburger, onion, garlic and oregano.
- Drain off extra fat.
- Add soup, water, vinegar and cottage cheese.
- Stir all together.
- In 9 x 13 inch pan put a little sauce, then you put 3 noodles then cheese.
- Layer it 3 times in order.
- Bake 30 minutes, let stand 15 minutes before serving.
