Ingredients

  • small or cut up cucumbers
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 bunch grapes (green)
  • 1 c. vinegar (hot)
  • water (hot)
  • 6-inch end of grapevine

Method

  • Use
  • half
  • gallon
  • jar.
  • Use 3-inch cucumbers or cut up larger ones.
  • Put cucumbers in jars, leaving about an inch at the
  • top of the
  • jar.
  • Add 2 tablespoons salt (not piled), 1 bunch green grapes
  • (small)
  • and 1 cup hot vinegar.
  • Fill to about
  • 1-inch from
  • the top.
  • Put in 6-inches of the end of a grapevine (tender end).
  • Fill with boiling water.
