Ingredients
- small or cut up cucumbers
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 bunch grapes (green)
- 1 c. vinegar (hot)
- water (hot)
- 6-inch end of grapevine
Method
- Use
- half
- gallon
- jar.
- Use 3-inch cucumbers or cut up larger ones.
- Put cucumbers in jars, leaving about an inch at the
- top of the
- jar.
- Add 2 tablespoons salt (not piled), 1 bunch green grapes
- (small)
- and 1 cup hot vinegar.
- Fill to about
- 1-inch from
- the top.
- Put in 6-inches of the end of a grapevine (tender end).
- Fill with boiling water.
