Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 3/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Method

  • Mix together all ingredients, except raisins. Bake at 350° on a lightly oiled cookie sheet.
  • Mix occasionally while cooking to avoid burning. Judge time accordingly.
  • Mixture will darken when it comes out of oven.
  • Add raisins when cool.
  • Store in airtight container.
