Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, any cut
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 tsp. MSG or seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. milk

Method

  • Cut pork into pieces 1 X 1 X 1/2-inch.
  • Mix flour and seasonings.
  • Mix egg and milk; beat well.
  • Roll pork in flour mixture and shake off excess.
  • Dip in milk mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Drain well, then dip in flour mixture again, mixing until well coatd.
  • Shake off excess flour and fry in deep fat at 350° until the crust is brown and crisp, then drain and place on plate.
  • Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
