Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, any cut
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 2 tsp. MSG or seasoning
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Cut pork into pieces 1 X 1 X 1/2-inch.
- Mix flour and seasonings.
- Mix egg and milk; beat well.
- Roll pork in flour mixture and shake off excess.
- Dip in milk mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Drain well, then dip in flour mixture again, mixing until well coatd.
- Shake off excess flour and fry in deep fat at 350° until the crust is brown and crisp, then drain and place on plate.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
