Ingredients
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. safflower oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 3 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. wheat flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix vanilla, oil and honey; add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Spread in large baking dish and bake at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes, until brown.
- Stir 2 or 3 times during baking period. Remove from oven and add 4 ounces raisins, 1/2 cup raw sugar and 1/2 cup each of coconut and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Serve.
