Ingredients
- 2 c. buckwheat or whole wheat
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. melted shortening
Method
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Add milk and eggs, then shortening.
- Fry on greased hot griddle.
- Serve hot with syrup.
