Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
- 7 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy by using mixer. Add flour, which has been measured and sifted, a little at a time. Add eggs, one at a time.
- Add vanilla.
- Place into a cool oven and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325° to 350°.
- (Make sure pan is greased and floured.)
