Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen squash, thawed
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs, beaten slightly
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. fresh milk
Method
- Combine squash, sugar and spices.
- Add eggs and milk.
- Pour into pie pans lined with regular pie crust (unbaked).
- Bake in a 425° oven for 10 minutes.
- Turn oven down to 325° until done. Test filling.
