Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 1/4 tsp. yellow mustard
- 4 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown onion in butter or oleo. Cook on top of stove until flavors blend (about 30 minutes). Pour over cooked brisket.
