Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 4 large beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- cinnamon
Method
- Combine all ingredients except cinnamon.
- Pour into a 10 x 10 x 13-inch buttered baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until custard forms on top.
