Ingredients
- 2 c. boiling water, divided
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 2 c. ice cubes, divided
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 3 large bananas, sliced
- 1/2 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup hot water and lemon Jell-O. Add 1 cup ice cubes; stir until melted.
- Add pineapple.
- Pour in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Repeat with orange gelatin, 1 cup hot water and 1 cup ice.
- Stir in mini marshmallows.
- Pour over lemon layer and refrigerate until set.
