Ingredients

  • 2 c. boiling water, divided
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 2 c. ice cubes, divided
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup hot water and lemon Jell-O. Add 1 cup ice cubes; stir until melted.
  • Add pineapple.
  • Pour in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
  • Refrigerate until set.
  • Repeat with orange gelatin, 1 cup hot water and 1 cup ice.
  • Stir in mini marshmallows.
  • Pour over lemon layer and refrigerate until set.
