- 1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
- 1 c. milk
- 4 skinless, boned chicken breasts, split
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter
- paprika
Method
- Blend soups, rice and milk.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole dish.
- Lay chicken over top.
- Brush with butter; season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Bake at 325° for 2 hours.
