Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound butter softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups flour, all-purpose sifted
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups blueberries floured
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method

  • Mix together butter, 2 cups sugar, 4 eggs, baking powder, salt, vanilla and milk.
  • Add flour and mix well.
  • Fold in the floured blueberries.
  • line a 9x13 inches pan with aluminum foil.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle the top with mixture of 2tb sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove from pan.
  • Allow to cool before removing aluminum foil.
