Ingredients
- 1 c. seedless raisins
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Cook raisins in boiling water until plump.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Set aside.
- Mix sugar, sour cream and flour in a bowl.
- Let set for 5 to 10 minutes to thicken a little.
- Add raisins.
- Pour in pie shell.
- Bake at 325° until golden brown all over the top.
