Ingredients

  • 2 medium Chicken Cutlets
  • 1 clove Garlic Diced
  • 8 oz Can Ricotta
  • 4 slice Basil
  • 1 packages Mozzerella
  • 1 pinch Oregano
  • 1 bunch Broccoli Florets

Method

  • Preheat oven to 500
  • Slice chicken into strips or cubes and saute in olive oil with seasoning, garlic & broccoli
  • Spread mozzerella evenly on pizza dough
  • Using a tbls scoop ricotta cheese around and distribute evenly to cover top of pizza about 2" apart until covered
  • Drain chicken and garlic and spread out on the pizza
  • Tear basil leaves and spread over pizza
  • Add a sprinkle of oregano & parmesan cheese over top of toppings put in oven for 10 mins.
  • When crust is golden turn to cook evenly when pie is done place on tray and brush the crust with garlic oil...enjoy
