Ingredients
- 1 (No. 1) can salmon, remove skin and bones
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- salt and pepper
Method
- Make cream sauce with melted butter, blending flour and adding milk.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add yolks of eggs and salmon.
- Stir well and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Put in buttered casserole with straight sides.
- Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
