Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. grnd chuck or possibly hamburger
- 2 pound can red kidney beans
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 lg. green pepper
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 sm. can tomato sauce
- Chili pwdr or possibly warm salsa to taste
Method
- Brown meat with onion and pepper; drain.
- Add in beans with juice, stewed tomatoes, soup, and tomato sauce.
- Simmer on low heat till sauce thickens a little, 30 min or possibly so.
- You may add in chili pwdr to taste, or possibly for really warm chili, add in warm salsa to taste.
- It will not need much of this.
- This chili is even better the next day, after all flavors have a chance to blend.
- Makes a crock pot full.
