Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- In small bowl, beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter or margarine, syrup and cream.
- Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour into a pastry-lined pie pan.
- Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set and pastry is golden brown.
- Serve plain or with ice cream.
