Ingredients
- 4 cups Frozen Rhubarb
- 1-1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 6 ounces, weight Wild Strawberry Jello
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon Orange Rind
- 1 cup Fresh Or Frozen Strawberries, Quartered
Method
- Cook frozen rhubarb with water and sugar until soft and separating. Add Jello to hot rhubarb and stir to dissolve. Add orange juice and rind.
- Chill till slightly thickened and then add strawberries. Chill till set.
