Ingredients
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 4 cloves Garlic, Sliced
- 1/4 cups Butter Sliced
- Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Method
- Clean and cut the bottoms of the asparagus (the thick part). Lay them on a cookie sheet and drizzle olive oil on top.
- Sprinkle garlic and butter over everything. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
- Great with steak and baked potatoes.
