Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 c. graham crackers, crushed
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers. Spread filling over crackers and cover with another layer of whole crackers and press down lightly.
- Cover with icing.
- Cover and let set in refrigerator overnight before cutting into sticks.
