Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- graham crackers
Method
- Lay crackers in one layer on a cookie sheet with sides.
- Cut each cracker in half as they are marked.
- Melt in heavy saucepan the butter and brown sugar.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add nuts.
- Pour over graham crackers and spread evenly. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
- While slightly warm, cut apart. Remove from cookie sheet when cold.
- Makes 48 cookies.
